Amlodipine + Losartan + Hydrochlorothiazide

Amlozaar-H Tablets are a fixed-dose triple combination containing Amlodipine 5 mg, Losartan Potassium 50 mg, and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg, formulated for the management of hypertension in patients requiring multi-drug therapy.

This combination provides complementary mechanisms of action: amlodipine (a calcium channel blocker) promotes peripheral vasodilation, losartan (an angiotensin II receptor blocker) inhibits the renin–angiotensin–aldosterone system to reduce vascular resistance, and hydrochlorothiazide (a thiazide diuretic) enhances sodium and water excretion to reduce plasma volume.

Amlozaar-H is suitable for patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled on dual therapy, offering the convenience of once-daily dosing, improved adherence, and effective 24-hour blood pressure control.
