We source only from licensed, audited manufacturers and authorized distributors with verifiable certifications, product dossiers, and quality records. Regular supplier performance reviews and re‑qualification prevent substandard or falsified products from entering our supply chain.

Controlled storage and transport

All products are handled under appropriate conditions (temperature, humidity, security) using documented cold‑chain and controlled‑environment procedures, validated packaging, and real‑time monitoring for critical consignments.

Traceability and inventory control

Batch‑level tracking, lot control, expiry‑date management and electronic inventory systems ensure traceability from receipt to delivery and rapid recall capability if needed.

Professional dispensing and handling
