Retail pharmacies, wholesale pharmacies and hospitals.
2. Who can order from CBi Supplies & Distribution Company?
CBi sells to private hospitals, medical centers & clinics, retail and wholesale pharmacies, drug shops, individual healthcare providers, and Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs). Some items require a valid healthcare license; product pages indicate any restrictions.
3. How do I check if a product is available?

4. What payment methods does CBi accept?
CBi accepts MTN/Airtel Mobile Money, Bank transfers/Cash for approved accounts. Corporate purchase orders accepted for qualified customers
5. How long does shipping take?

6. What is CBi’s returns policy?
Unopened, unused, non-prescription items may be returned within 30 days with prior authorization (RMA). Opened, single-use, or used medical devices and PPE are not returnable for safety reasons unless defective.
7. What if an item is damaged or defective?
Report damage or defects within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details. We will replace or refund per manufacturer warranty and our policies.
8. Are your products certified?
CBi only sources certified products and from NDA licensed importers & distributors. Certification details are listed on product pages or available on request.
9. Do you offer volume pricing and distribution services?
